When you need something from a carrier, Ritter will get it for you. The Admin Support team processed 216 supply orders and delivered 9,644 enrollment kits during the 2018 AEP.

Our full-service New Biz department processed 1,303 applications in a single day during the 2019 AEP. They’re ready for all you can sell.

Our New Biz team manages and processes all of your submitted applications (Medicareful, paper apps, etc.), as well as updates enrollment reports provided by the carriers so you know your client’s enrollment went through. Commissions

Write business, collect commission. It’s really that easy. Ritter paid out more than $47 million in commissions to our agents in 2018.

The service support team can answer all your inquiries about commissions, carrier contact info, updating your hierarchy structure for payments, book of business transfers, and updating ACH and tax information.
