What Does CAPS Stand For?
Starting late July, Ritter’s MTM service will transition to a new name — CAPS, which stands for Complementary Ancillary Product Solutions. We feel this new name continues to effectively describe our more than Medicare offerings, in a compliant and straightforward way.

Will Our MTM Services Be Changing?
During and after the rebrand to CAPS, we’ll continue to offer the same more than Medicare services we’ve been offering! The main change in our MTM services is that they’ll now be under the CAPS name.
Our dedicated product specialists will continue to extend their expert knowledge and sales assistance. Additionally, Ritter will continue to maintain our more than Medicare sales tools and full ancillary product lineup, including hospital indemnity, dental, vision, hearing, heart and stroke, cancer, critical illness, disability, long-term care, short-term care, life, and final expense insurance.

We know that change isn’t always ideal, but sometimes, it’s necessary; it’s important to us to stay compliant with CMS’ new name policies. Looking ahead, we’re excited to keep providing agents access to these important products, services, and solutions under a new name!
